I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Palace Aqua Park and I must say, my experience far exceeded my already high expectations. the hotel's attention to detail was impeccable - from the stunning sea view room they upgraded us to, which provided breathtaking views every morning, to the impeccable service provided by the staff. Moaz's patience in helping us with our luggage and Waled Ahmed's warm smile and towel artistry truly made our stay memorable. the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was further exemplified by Hamada, who graciously allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge, making our departure stress-free. the hotel's amenities were top-notch; the beach and sea were pristine, with the added bonus of a beautiful diving location right off the pier. the various pools catered to guests of all ages, and the aqua park was a hit with my kids. the multiple restaurants offered a diverse culinary experience, with the standout being Cilantro, though reservations were required. the all-inclusive system worked seamlessly, ensuring we could indulge without worry. the evening entertainment and night parties added a fun touch to our evenings, making sure there was never a dull moment. Lastly, I appreciated the hotel's thoughtful touches, such as the availability of tea and coffee facilities in the room, which allowed for a comforting start to each day. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when needed, and the free toiletries were of high quality, adding to the overall luxurious experience.
